Every Circle is shaped around the people who will be in the room and the purpose of the gathering. Use this form to tell Susie what is happening, who will be involved, and what you hope the time together might accomplish.

Please do not include sensitive clinical, medical, or emergency information in this form.

Typical scheduling

• 1½–2 hour Circles: generally available on weeknights
• Quarter-, half-, or full-day gatherings: generally available on Saturdays
• You provide the venue, chairs, and hospitality. Atsarah Lifeworks provides planning, facilitation, learning materials, and the agreed-upon agenda.
• Travel outside Ada County may include additional travel time and mileage.

Current investment guidelines

• 1½–2 hour Circle: $25 per person, $200 minimum
• Half-day retreat: $500 for up to 20 people
• Full-day Circle: $1,000 for up to 20 people
• Full-day workshop: $125 per person, 10-person minimum; continuing education/Certificate of hours for social workers may be available for qualifying workshops.
